Our Proven 9 Phase System
Initial Meeting
We want to walk through your project with you to listen and understand what you need and what will make a lasting impact on how you live.
We really want to get to know you, how you live, and what will make your experience that much better.
Planning + Budgeting
At this stage, it’s really important to drill down on where you want to land with your budget. We need to be aligned on what can be delivered for the investment you want to make. Once we have alignment we will introduce an architect or designer that is comfortable with your desired aesthetic and budget.
We start with a schematic design that can be used develop an initial budget and define key metrics that we can be accountable for throughout our journey together.
We pride ourselves on value engineering for the people we work for, getting you the most value possible for your investment. We try to leave no stone unturned for realistic options worth your consideration.
Design Development
Once you have approved the concept and budget, we and our consultant team get to work translating your vision into a fully buildable plan.
With these comprehensive, construction-ready documents, every trade professional knows exactly what to build, how to build it, and when—so the build phase runs smoothly, with no surprises.
Preconstruction + Budget Alignment
When we receive the final construction and design drawings, we validate our proposed budget with subtrade and supplier quotes. This also gives us an opportunity to make changes that will make the project and budget more efficient. Our goal is to get you the most that we can for your money.
We also work to coordinate and develop a realistic schedule for your project that can be achieved. The goal is not necessarily speed, it’s efficiency.
Our proposed management fee is a fixed percentage of construction costs. This is based on the complexity, scope, and duration of the project. By fixing our fee from the start we ensure that our only incentive is to be completely aligned with you. Our first responsibility is to you and to deliver the best value we can.
Permitting + Final Scheduling
With your sign-off on the drawings, we submit all permit applications and manage approvals. In parallel, we continue to develop a full, milestone-driven schedule that keeps every trade, supplier, and consultant accountable from shovels in the ground to finish.

Construction Execution + Communication
Once your site is ready, we put our proprietary 9-Phase System into action—here is exactly what you can expect:
Progress + Budget Updates: You receive a complete report at each phase-end as well as access to live budget tracking.
Proactive Change Control: Any requested change pauses work, we present alternatives, and proceed only with your approval.
Open Communication: Regular check-ins—by phone, email, or on-site—keep you fully informed and confident throughout.

Final Walkthrough + Post-Move In Support

Before you move in we’ll do a complete walkthrough together to go over any deficiencies or outstanding items.
After you move in we’ll do the same, we want you to be happy and we’re committed to making sure that you are.
