Andrew and his team from Ecnomus did an amazing job building our Mid Century Inspired home in Ancaster.
We began the process in 2021 with the demo of an existing building on the property. There was a long and tedious wait for surveys and permit approval due to the location close to the escarpment. Andrew’s guidance and honesty during this time helped us keep the wheels in motion and enabled us to focus on planning details of the build.
His knowledge and communication skills were excellent throughout the whole process. Andrew worked tirelessly to understand our vision for the project and helped us source many elements for the home both inside and out. His attention to detail was impeccable.
It was important that our budget was kept in check, so when additions or changes (by us) were made, Andrew was open and honest about the affect this could have and tried his utmost to keep everything on track.

18 months ago I purchased a property built by Ecnomus. Ecnomus offered an extended warranty on all key components of the property. This was both a reflection of the build quality but also of the level of service provided by Ecnomus. Since owning the property I’ve called on Ecnomus, specifically Andrew Wood and his team, on a number of occasions to deal with a number of small issues. The response and service has been excellent. Any issue has been dealt with very promptly, without quibble and to a high standard.
